Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
This post is filled on a deputation basis. The candidate must be an officer working under Central / State / Union Territory Governments, Universities, Statutory Bodies, Autonomous Bodies, or Research & Development Organizations meeting either of the following criteria:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Having 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5,400/- in the relevant field of administration.

The maximum age limit for deputation is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application form (08.11.2026). Age and experience will be calculated as on 08.11.2026.

The selection process consists of the following stages:
