Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Officers holding a post on a regular basis under the Central Government:
- Analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
- With 5 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-6 or above in the 7th CPC.
- Specific Qualifications: Must hold a Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science and a valid Certificate of Competency (Master Foreign Going or equivalent) with experience in ship surveying.
