- State Programme Manager: Graduate + MBA Healthcare Management with 5 years experience.
- State Finance Manager: CA/MBA Finance/M.Com with 5 years experience.
- Training Consultant: PG in Public Health/Social Sciences with 3 years experience or Graduate with 7 years.
