Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO):
  • Graduate from a recognised University/Institution.
  • MBA/PGDM in Management/Marketing/Finance/Banking, CAIIB or other relevant professional qualification (Desirable).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/business management role involving responsibility for a region/zone/business vertical/large portfolio or multi-branch network.
  • Should be serving, or should have served, at Scale-V or above in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank/Cooperative Bank, or in an equivalent senior management position in a reputed private sector bank/financial institution.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Preliminary Screening and Shortlisting: Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on eligibility criteria.
2. 3-Year Business Transformation Strategy: Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a 3-year Business Transformation Strategy.
3. Interview and Personal Interaction: Final selection based on interview and personal interaction.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
