1. Service Eligibility (Any one of the following):

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
• With 2 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level-9 (₹ 53,100 – ₹ 1,67,800) or equivalent.
• With 7 years of service in the grade of Assistant Engineer rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level - 7 (₹ 44,900 – ₹ 1,42,400) or equivalent.

2. Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university OR
• Passed Part A & B Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India).

3. Age Limit & Deputation Period:

• Maximum Age: 56 years (as on closing date of receipt of applications).
• Deputation Period: Not to exceed 3 years (including previous deputation periods).
• Relaxation: If candidates with 7 years of Assistant Engineer experience are unavailable, candidates with 03 years or more experience may be considered.
