Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project scientist (Team Lead)

• Essential: Ph.D. Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent Or M.E/MS (Engg) Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 8+ Years' Experience in the Drone / Defence / Similar sector.
• Experience: Must have experience in leading Drone related Projects / heading a related organisation. Technical Management and Networking capability. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Desirable: Should have previous experience in BVLOS Projects. Preferably retired DGCA / Defence Sector professionals. DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer)

• Essential: M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Mechanical / Production / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience. Or BE EEE/ECE Mechanical / Production / Aerospace / Aeronautical / Applied Mechanics / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Experience: Strong background in CAD/CAE, CFD, Thermal & Aerodynamic Analysis. Experience in engineering design, testing and analysis.
• Desirable: Prior exposure to UAV systems. Familiarity with DGCA Drone Rules. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate II (UAV System Engineer)

• Essential: M.E/MS (Engg) Navigation / Avionics / Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Electrical / Electronics / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience Or BE EEE/ECE/Communication/CSE/Aero/Navigation / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Experience: Must Have Vast Knowledge and Experience in UAV Control Systems, Navigation, Guidance, Control, and Communication Systems.
• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Eligibility for Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer)

• Essential: M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience Or BE in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in field testing, flight trials, and test data collection. Ability to assist in BVLOS trial planning.
• Desirable: Experience with BVLOS or long-range UAV operations. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate II (Aerospace Structures Engineer)

• Essential: ME/MS (Engg) Aerospace /Aerospace Structures /Avionics/ Aeronautical / Mechanical with 2+ Years' Experience Or BE Aerospace /Aerospace Structures / Aeronautical / Mechanical / CAD-CAM with 4+ Years' Experience.
• Experience: Must Have Vast Knowledge in Aerospace Structures, Structural Testing and Analysis.
• Desirable: Knowledge in 3D Printing, CNC Machining. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate II (Communication Engineer)

• Essential: B.E/BTech ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/ Equivalent with 2 years' Experience Or M.E/MS (Engg) Navigation /Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical / Electronics / Communication engineering / Equivalent.
• Experience: Knowledge and Experience in RF Communication, Drone Avionics Components, Anti-Drone Technologies.
• Desirable: DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate II (GCS Software & BVLOS Systems Engineer)

• Essential: B.E/BTech ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/ Equivalent.
• Experience: Knowledge in Ground Control Station (GCS) software development. Experience with API development. Proficiency in Python, C/C++.
• Desirable: DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Associate I (Drone Pilot – BVLOS Operations)

• Essential: B.E / B-Tech Aero / Mech / ECE / EEE / Equivalent.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in multirotor/fixed-wing drone flying. Knowledge in drone assembly, integration, fault diagnosis. Must hold a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Desirable: DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility for Project Technician

• Essential: Any Diploma/Degree.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of drone components, wiring, and assembly procedures. Ability to assist in routine maintenance.
• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Eligibility for Office Assistant

• Essential: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of Computer Operations. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with email handling, data entry.

• Project scientist (Team Lead): Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 1,00,000
• Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 60,000
• Project Associate II (UAV System Engineer): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 60,000
• Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 60,000
• Project Associate II (Aerospace Structures Engineer): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 60,000

Selection Process

The shortlisted candidates will have the field evaluation round prior to the personal & technical interview. The dates and venue for the field evaluation will be intimated over phone/mail. The selection criteria are as per the guidelines of Anna University, Chennai.
