The consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 50,000/- is enhanced by 10% each year during the contract period. No other allowances shall be admissible. A company quarter may be provided if available, with necessary deductions as per Company Rules.
Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Nationality: Citizen of India.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is not more than 40 years as on 31 October 2026 (last date of receipt of applications).
- Educational Qualification – Junior Translator:
- Master's degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- Master's degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; AND
- Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa from any Recognized Institute.
- Experience: Two years' experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central/State Government Office, PSU, Autonomous Body, or large reputed organization.
- Preferred Skills: Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc. is essential.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Educational Qualification & Experience Screening: Applications are shortlisted based on academic merit, relevant qualification, and years of documented translation experience.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview conducted by a duly constituted selection committee at the AWEIL Corporate Office, Kanpur.
- Document Verification: Original documents are verified at the time of interview. Candidates employed in Government/Public Sector must produce an NOC at the time of interview.
No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.

- Two self-attested recent passport-size photographs (4.4 cm × 5.8 cm) with full name written on the backside of one photograph.
- Self-attested copies of age proof (Birth Certificate / 10th Class Certificate).
