Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (DGM): Any degree in Engineering with diploma in Safety Management. Post qualification experience of 15 Years in maintenance / project / operation in Railway / Modern Metro System in safety department. Candidate should have exposure for conducting inspections and follow up actions. Preferably in Signalling / Civil/ P Way/ Rolling Stock / Electrical departments. Knowledge of Kannada desirable.
Manager: Degree in Civil Engineering. Post qualification experience of minimum of 10 years. Out of this, minimum of 3 years’ experience in Permanent way / track Construction & maintenance” in Railways / Metro Railway/ Railway PSU. Candidates having worked in Metro Rail System will be preferred. Knowledge of Kannada desirable.
Labour Welfare Officer: Graduate from recognized University and Post graduate qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or MBA in Labour welfare from recognized University/Institute. Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in large company viz. Railway / PSU/ Metro / Government State/ Central and have handled IR, employee welfare and labour matters etc. Knowledge of Kannada essential.
