Is there scope for naturopathy?

Since, it is cost-effective and without any side effects, a large number of people are opted to nature cure therapies like massage, sun bath, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, diet therapy, etc. There is a great opportunity of jobs in naturopathy field.

Is BNYS a good course?

After BNYS you can go for 3 year MD in Naturopathy and Yoga. 3year MD in clinical Nutrition also available in SVYASA college which is expansive. But these are good when you want to do teaching or job in particular a Naturipathy or AYUSH hospitals. You can go for 2 year MSC or 1 year PG diploma in Diet and Nutrition.

Can I do DGO after BNYS?

Yes, you are eligible to do DGO course after your BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences). BNYS Medical Graduates are equivalent to MBBS medical graduate as a General Physician. DGO is an acronym for Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. It is a three years duration full time Diploma course.

Is BNYS a doctor?

BNYS Medical Graduates are equivalent to MBBS medical graduate as a General Physician. On completion of the program, students are eligible to prefix “Dr.” before their name and to be called as a Doctor.
