Educational Qualification:
Assistant Professor (Forensic Science):
a) Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
b) First class in the preceding degree i.e. M.Sc. in Forensic Sciences or equivalent with specialization in Forensic Biology/ Biotechnology/Genetics/ Molecular Biology/Forensic Anthropology/Criminology.

Assistant Professor (Computer Science/ Cyber Security / Digital Forensics):
a) Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
b) First class in the preceding degree i.e. ME/ M. Tech with specialization in Computer Science & Engineering/ Cyber Security/Information Security/Network Technology/ Information Technology/Quantum Security/Blockchain/ Hardware Security.

Assistant Professor (Physics):
a) Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
b) First class in the preceding degree i.e. M.Sc in Physics or M.Sc in Forensic Sciences with specialization in Physics/Forensics Physics/Ballistic.

Assistant Professor (Mathematics):
a) Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
b) First class in the preceding degree i.e. M.Sc in Mathematics.

Pay Scale:
INR
68000-90000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

Selection Procedure:
a. A Personal interview shall be conducted and the details will be notified on the NFSU website. Further, the shortlisted candidates will be informed in due course as per the recommendation of the screening committee.
b. The University may conduct screening test before the interview on the same day or one day prior to interview date, if the number of applications are more.

Application Fee:
a. For General category, OBC and EWS candidate: Rs. 1000/-.
b. For SC/ST Candidate: Rs. 500/-.
c. For women and PwD candidates: Exempted from payment of application fee A copy of the transaction receipt should be uploaded with the application form.
