Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification Required

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass)
• Language: Good knowledge of writing English and Hindi
• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Lakhisarai district, Bihar
• Age: Above 21 years as on 21 November 2026

Who Can Apply

• Retired employees, SHG workers, Anganwadi Sevika, NGO workers, students, teachers, doctors, and senior citizens of Lakhisarai district
• Men and women willing to work voluntarily for the benefit of weaker and deprived sections
• Previously selected PLVs (except advocates) may re-apply

Who Cannot Apply

• Advocates are not eligible to apply for this recruitment

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for interview at the chamber of the Chairman / Secretary, DLSA Lakhisarai.
2. Empanelment: Up to 100 PLVs will be empanelled based on interview performance.
3. Document Verification: All original documents must be produced at the time of interview. Candidature may be cancelled without notice if information found is false.
4. No Travelling Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Important: Selection does not constitute an appointment to a government job. PLV engagement is voluntary and without any profit motive.

• Self-attested recent photograph affixed on the prescribed application form (Prapatra-Ka)
• Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card as proof of date of birth
• Self-attested copies of educational and qualification certificates (Matric certificate and mark sheet)
• Self-addressed stamped envelope with a Rs. 55 postage stamp for interview call letter
• All original documents must be brought at the time of interview
• No reservation of posts, but all classes should get adequate representation as per NALSA scheme

2. Attach self-attested copies of educational and qualification certificates.
3. Enclose a self-addressed envelope with a postage stamp of Rs. 55.
