3. Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA (Marketing/HR)

4. Experience: 05 Year’s experience in relevant field in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency/ Private Sector Organization with country wide operations.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 Lakh (fixed)

3. Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance/ Marketing/HR/ General)

4. Experience: 05 Year’s experience in relevant field in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency/ Private Sector Organization with country wide operations.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 Lakh (fixed)

3. Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance/ Marketing/HR/ General)

4. Experience: 05 Year’s experience in relevant field in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency/ Private Sector Organization with country wide operations.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 Lakh (fixed)

1. Category: Management Executives for PRTD

2. No of Post: 02

3. Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA (HR/ General) or Ph.D.

4. Experience: 05 Year’s experience in relevant field in Central Government/ State Government/Union Territory Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency/ Private Sector Organization with country wide operations.

a) Desirable: Papers Published in National / International Journals of repute, Book Chapters, Magazines etc.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 Lakh (fixed)

6. Scope of Work:

(a) The Engagement of Management Executives is for various departments of BIS as per requirement given.

(b) BIS reserves the right to change the functionalities of Management Executives subject to performance and organisational requirement. BIS is authorised to post candidates as per the needs and vacancies in various department in the organization.

7. Tenure of Engagement: The engagement is purely on contract for a period of Two years and may extend further for a period of one year.

8. Nature of Engagement: The engagement is purely on contract and the engagement will be subject to termination on end of contract period.
