Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)
1. Educational Qualification
- Must be a Graduate degree from a recognized University.
2. Experience & Essential Qualifications (Post-wise)
A. Consultant (Establishment)
- Must be a retired Government Officer at the level of Section Officer or above from Central Government/State Government/Central Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Establishment and Administrative matters.
- Must be Computer Savvy.

B. Assistant Section Officer (ASO)
- Must be a retired officer at the Level of Section Officer or above from Central Government/State Government/Central Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.
- Experience Required:
- Handling disciplinary matters & framing Recruitment Rules.
- Recruitment, Promotion, and Deputation.
- Maintenance of Rosters/Registers.
- Upgrading Officer Cadre (Group A & B) to meet organizational needs.
- "Saving and Matching" (restructuring) of existing Group C & D posts.
- Reframing/revising RRs to align with NBT's new projects (accounting for IT challenges and digital opportunities).
3. Age Limit & Relaxation
