  • Handling disciplinary matters & framing Recruitment Rules.
  • Recruitment, Promotion, and Deputation.
  • Maintenance of Rosters/Registers.
  • Upgrading Officer Cadre (Group A & B) to meet organizational needs.
  • "Saving and Matching" (restructuring) of existing Group C & D posts.
  • Reframing/revising RRs to align with NBT's new projects (accounting for IT challenges and digital opportunities).

3. Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 65 years.

4. Mandatory Requirements
