Sub: Estt. - Filling up of post of Senior Private Secretary on Deputation in DRI, Chennai Zonal Unit - Willingness called for - Reg. 1. Position: Senior Private Secretary 2. Qualification: This post is to be filled up on deputation from the officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government: i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre of department; or ii) with two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level 7 in the pay matrix (Rs.44900 - 142400) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. iii) The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or department of the Central Government ordinarily not exceed three years. 3. It may also be made clear to willing officers that the option once exercised would be final and in the event of selection in this Directorate, they will not be allowed to withdraw the same.
