Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Technician (1)

• Essential Qualification: 10th Standard (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized Board. ITI Certificate in relevant trade (e.g., Carpenter, Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, etc.) from a recognized Institution. Two years of relevant work experience may be required.
• Age Limit: 28 Years (as on 23/02/2026).

Eligibility for Technical Assistant

• Essential Qualification: 1st Class Diploma in Engineering/Technology (relevant discipline) from a recognized University/Institution, OR 1st Class B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Life Sciences/Microbiology/Biotechnology or related field from a recognized University.
• Age Limit: 28 Years (as on 23/02/2026).

Eligibility for Technical Officer

• Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Cell Biology or related field from a recognized University, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant discipline.
• Experience: Candidates may be required to have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 30 Years (as on 23/02/2026).

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per CSIR/Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
