Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Office Assistant

• Essential Qualification: Shall be graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com/with computer knowledge. Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language. Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet. Skill in typing in local language is essential, typing skills in English an added advantage.
• Experience: Should be resident of the same district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
• Desirable: Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification. Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification.

Eligibility for Attender/Sub Staff

• Essential Qualification: Shall be matriculate/ 10th Standard passed. Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Experience: Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
• Desirable: N/A

Eligibility for Watchman cum Gardener

• Essential Qualification: Should be passed 7th Standard. Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/horticulture.
• Experience: Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/horticulture. Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
• Desirable: N/A

Age Limit

As on 31-01-2026: Minimum age: 22 years, Maximum age: 40 years.

Selection Process

The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview. Personal interview to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving abilities to get along with the trainees, developmental approach. The decision of the Society/Trust/Bank in this regard shall be final.
