Central Coalfields Limited (A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited) invites application for the engagement of 1 (one) full time Advisor (Forest Clearance and Afforestation) on contractual basis for an initial period of one year from superannuated officers from Jharkhand Forest Service (JFS) who have held the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest/Divisional Forest Officer with minimum 3 years of Experience of Forest Diversion of developmental projects, particularly in coal mining projects. The contract may be extended for another one year depending upon the requirement and satisfactory performance. VRS optees will not be considered. 1. Position: Advisor (Forest Clearance and Afforestation) 2. No of Post: 01 3. Nature of work: The role of an Advisor will broadly include- Vetting &veritication of FC proposals, liasioning with State Forest department, IRO, MoEF&cC & MoEF&CC New Delhi & plantation & raising of multispecies nursery. 4. Headquarters on Appointment: Headquarter (Ranchi)/Field/Strategic Location in CCL as per requirement 5. Consolidated Monthly Compensation/ Honorarium: Assistant Conservator of Forest/ Divisional Forest Officer (Equivalent of superannuated E6 Grade of CIL) Rs. 75,000/- p.m.

Selection Procedure
1. The applicants fulfilling eligibility criteria and other conditions as per notification shall be shortlisted and invited for interview. The final selection shall be based on composite score considering Technical Evaluation (experience, performance in last 3 years before superannuation and interview) and Financial Evaluation (compensation/honorarium payable to applicant as specified at 5-I).
2. However, the applicant must obtain minimum 50% marks in the interview to qualify for selection. No TA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in interview/selection process.

The incomplete applications in any respect will be rejected. The applications received after the last date of submission will not be entertained.
