Sub: Filling up the Vacant Posts of Technical Assistant (T-3) Category-II in the Functional Group "Field/Farm Technician" and "Library/lnformation/l)ocumentation Staff' by Inter-lnstitutional Transfer Basis at ICAR-CCARI, Goa — reg.

1. Position : Technical Assistant

3. Eligibility Criteria: 

a) The Technical personnel appointed in ICAR against the entry level post of Technical Assistant (T-3) under Category-II of TSR and having atleast 05 (five) years of regular service in the pay level -5 of VII CPC. The Officials appointed on DR mode in T-3 grade, but subsequently promoted to higher grades on 5 yearly assessment basis will also be considered against T-3 vacancy.

b) The employees should have completed five years of regular service as on the date of calling of applications 21-02-2022, except in case where the request is being made on medical/working spouse grounds, etc. The above eligibility mentioned at point 1 to 3 should be in the respective Functional Group only and also against the reservation points.

c) However, the DR vacancies meant for UR, the candidate/officials of any category (UR/OBC/SC/ST) shall be eligible for transfer through inter-institutional transfer basis.

d) The terms and conditions for inter-institutional transfer will be governed as laid down in the Council's letter No. dated 19-03-2020 & dated 19-03-2021.
