Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

HRA is admissible as per prevailing Government of India rules. The pay structure for the IT post is the same as notified for the recruitment, i.e., Rs. 31,000 + HRA or Rs. 25,000 + 20% HRA based on NET/GATE qualification.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Associate-I (Chemistry):
  • Essential: Master's Degree in the concerned subject (Chemistry / related life-science discipline) from a recognized university or institution.
  • Desirable: Experience in ASU (Ayurvedic System of Unani) Raw Drug Standardization; expertise in computer applications; skills of drafting, editing of scientific documents / articles / technical reports.
• Project Associate-I (IT):
  • Essential: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or institution.
  • Desirable: Expertise in computer applications; skills of drafting, editing of scientific documents / articles / technical reports.
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC candidates shall be granted age relaxation as per prevailing Government of India rules.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be conducted through Hybrid Walk-In Interview comprising:

1. Offline Mode: In-person walk-in interview at CCRAS – Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Bantalab, Jammu on 21 October 2026 at 10:00 AM (IST). Candidates reporting after the stipulated time will not be allowed to appear.
2. Online Mode (via Google Meet): For candidates unable to attend physically. The Google Meet link will be shared with eligible candidates after scrutiny of documents submitted via email. Candidates must have a stable internet connection with a functional camera and microphone.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates/testimonials and one set of self-attested photocopies must be produced at the time of the offline interview.

No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Walk-In Interview.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or withdraw the advertisement / selection process at any stage without assigning any reason.

6. Bring original certificates/testimonials and one set of self-attested photocopies if appearing in Offline Mode.

• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)

• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable for age relaxation)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
