Project Assistant and Various Posts
Adyar, Chennai, 600020 Tamil Nadu
Number of Vacancy: 32 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Scientific Administrative Assistant: Graduate degree in Computer Science / IT from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable: Candidates having the following will be given preference: (i) B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT (ii) Working knowledge in Accounts Management Software / GST (iii) Working knowledge in Invoice preparation. (iv) Experience in Database Management & Maintenance.
Project Assistant: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from a recognized University/ Institute. (OR) B.Sc. in Biochemistry from a recognized University/ Institute.
Project Associate-I: B.E. / B.Tech. in Leather Technology / Biotechnology from a recognized University/ Institute. (OR) M.Sc. Biotechnology from a recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc in Chemistry (General/ Organic / Nanotechnology/ Polymer Science/ Material Science/ Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from a recognized University / Institute and selected through National Eligibility tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) / GATE.
Senior Project Associate: Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Sciences / Chemistry from a recognized University / Institute. Desirable: Candidates having the following will be given preference: (i) Industrial experience in pilot scale production of chemicals, (ii) Working knowledge of computer (MS office applications).
Principal Project Associate: B.E. / B.Tech. in Leather Technology from a recognized University /Institute with minimum eight (08) years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
Research Associate: M.Tech. in Leather Technology from a recognized University / Institute with minimum three (03) years of research experience. Desirable: Candidates having minimum two (02) research publications will be given preference.
Pay Scale:
INR
18000-58000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

Date of Written Test: 12.06.2024 Date of Interview: 13.06.2024 / 14.06.2024. Application Form is available in the CLRI website (https://clri.org/CareersForms.aspx). Candidates should attend the Written Test / Interview with duly filled in Application Form with self-attested photocopies of requisite certificates/ documents (viz. Date of Birth certificate, 10th or equivalent certificate, XII or equivalent certificate, Graduation certificate, experience proof (if applicable) etc. along with original certificates for verification, a photo id proof like Aadhar Card, Voter I-Card or any other Photo ID Card issued by any Government Agency and 02 passport size colour photographs.
