Number of Vacancy: 11 Posts
Educational Qualification: Project Assistant-II (PA-II): B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized University / Institute. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc., in Chemistry (General / Organic / Nanotechnology / Polymer Science / Material Science / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks in core subjects and passing of NET/GATE. Project Associate-I (PAT-I): M.Sc. in Chemistry (General / Organic / Nanotechnology / Polymer Science / Material Science / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from a recognized University/Institute. Project Associate-I: M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Candidates having the following will be given preference (i) Candidates having R&D Skills (ii) Knowledge in synthesis and physicochemical characterization of nanomaterials, wastewater parameter analysis and catalytic application in treatment of wastewater and renewable energy production reactions. Research Associate: Ph.D in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biological Sciences from recognized University / Institute. Desirable: Candidates having the following will be given preference: (i) Research experience in the areas of protein production and bioprocessing of solid wastes. (ii) Minimum of one Research publication in standard refereed journal.
Pay Scale: INR 20000-58000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

Date of Written Test: 28.01.2025 Date of Interview: 29.01.2025 at CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai - 600020. Application Form is available in the CLRI website (https://clri.org/CareersForms.aspx). Candidates should attend the Written Test / Interview with duly filled in Application Form with self-attested photocopies of requisite certificates/ documents (viz. Date of Birth certificate, 10th or equivalent certificate, XII or equivalent certificate, Graduation certificate, experience proof (if applicable) etc. along with original certificates for verification, a photo id proof like Aadhar Card, Voter I-Card or any other Photo ID Card issued by any Government Agency and 02 passport size colour photographs.
