Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Junior Stenographer

• Essential: 10+2 / XII or its equivalent and proficiency in Stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Age Limit: 27 Years (as on 02.03.2026).

Eligibility for Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen / S&P / F&A)

• Essential: 10+2 / XII or its equivalent and Proficiency in Computer Typing Speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Age Limit: 28 Years (as on 02.03.2026).

Eligibility for Multi-Tasking Staff

• Essential: Matriculation or equivalent pass.
• Desirable: Intermediate (12th Class) pass.
• Age Limit: 25 Years (as on 02.03.2026).
