It is proposed to fill up one post of Junior Research Fellow under the SERB funded project titled "Abiotic stress-hormesis to enhance the phenolic-linked antioxidant protective system in biofortified sweet potatoes for designing functional food ingredients" funded by the Department of Science & Technology

1. Position: Junior Research Fellow

2. No of Posts: 01

3.  Essential Qualifications: M.Sc(Biochemistry/Plant Physiology/Microbiology/or equivalent (AND) Qualified National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET, OR GATE (OR) Qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST,DBT,DAE,DOS, DRDO,MHRD,ICAR, ICMR.IIT,IISC,IIJE etc.

4. Desirable: Knowledge of biochemical analysis and biochemical pathways of plants with respect to stress. Expertise in handing management of analytical protocols and equipment Excellent in basic computer skills

5. Rs.31.000 per month + HRA(I6%) as per rule
