Number of Vacancy: 1 Post

Educational Qualification: RA: PhD or equivalent degree in Chemistry with at least one research
paper in Science Citation indexed journal.

SRF: Post graduate degree in Chemistry selected through a process described through any one of the following: a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIRUGC NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) and GATE. b. The Selection process through National level examinations conducted
by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. With two years of research experience

Experience: RA: PhD in Chemistry (Organic Synthesis), Experience in multistep asymmetric total synthesis will be preferred.

SRF: MSc in Chemistry with two years or more experience in research and development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or submitted PhD thesis in (organic) chemistry, but not awarded degree.

35000 - 47000(Per Month)

Age Limit: RA: The upper age limit for applying for the RA shall be 35 years. SRF: The upper age limit for applying for the SRF shall be 32 years.
Upper age limit for RA-I and SRF is relaxed up to 5 years in the case applicants belonging to schedule castes/schedule tribes, physically handicapped and women applicants whereas 3 years in case of OBCs (Non-creamy layer candidates).
