1. Position: Senior Executive Programs

2. Job Description:

a. General administrative support – administrative support to the execution of the programme

b. Handling processing of Agreements and Share/Equity transfers.

c. Processing invoices, Honorarium disbursements, reimbursement, payments, etc.

d. Basic account keeping including budget head specific expenses

e Co-ordinate program-specific communications and outreach

f. Manage Communications and feedback from stakeholders

g. Logistics support for programmes, venue, AV requirements, sourcing vendors, etc.

h. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

3. Essential Qualification & Experience

a. Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor in Science and related degree

b. 3 or more years of work experience in similar role

c. Proficiency in Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc

d. Ability to prioritize effectively and work to deadlines

e. To be able to work in a large team

4. Desirable

e.  Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills

5. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

6. Current tenure is for 6 months, further extension will be based on performance appraisal.
