Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have At least a Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, chemical, biomedical or other life-sciences (an advanced degree is preferred). At least 5 Years of experience working with in-house or outside patent counsel to manage the patenting process; Registered Patent agents will have an advantage.
