1. Post Name: Test Lead

a) Online applications are invited for the position of Test Lead

b) Looking for candidates with more than 7+ years of experience in functional testing, Automation testing, Performance Testing etc.

c) As a Test Lead, you will apply your knowledge of both Automation and Manual testing, software testing methodologies, best practices, and proven processes to deliver a quality software product within the schedule for the customers in testing engagement/s. This specific position will manage a set of software test engineers, senior test engineers to focus in Government domain and reporting to QA Delivery Manager/Head

2. Experience: Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in Software Testing.

3.Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech(CSE/IT)/BCA/B.Sc (Maths/CSE/IT)/  OR M.E/M.Tech, MCA, M. Sc (Maths/CSE/IT)/ MBA(IT/Systems) (with 60% of marks or above)

4. Specialization:

a) Functional testing which includes web testing, usability testing, GUI testing, and Regression Testing and exposure to testing tools of web based software applications.

b) Automation Testing (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)

c) Penetration testing and performance testing (Jmeter)

d) Web-service testing

5. Certifications: ISTQB

6. Job Description : 

a) Should be able to understand and analyze requirements.

b) Preparing Test Scenarios & Test Cases.

c) Preparing Test metrics report.

d) Preparing Test Plan.

e) Should be able to Lead QA team members.

f) Perform Sanity, Functional, Regression,

Integration and System Testing.

Reporting and Tracking bugs.

Working closely with Developers for Bug fixes and problem resolution.

Ability to pick up and implement new business/testing concepts.

Automation experience using Java, Selenium and BDD(Cucumber).

Experience working on performance testing

Experience working on Security Testing. 

Experience in testing Web services (Rest /SOAP)

Experience in handling multiple projects.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
