Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D

Applications are invited for the position of Research Associate (Provisional) under Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB): No. CRG/2020/001779, entitled “Rational design, synthesis, and characterization of optically active monomers and dimers capable of exhibiting technologically significant liquid crystal phases”. 

1. Post Name: Research Associate

2. The candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis and obtained M.Sc. Degree in Organic Chemistry from recognized Universities/Institutes with minimum of 60% (first class) will be preferred. The candidates who have obtained Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry may also apply, if interested.

3. The consolidated emoluments for the position will be Rs.34,000 (Rupees thirty-four thousand only) per month.

4. The initial appointment will be for a period of six months and extendable up to the duration (~2 yrs) of the project.

5. The above position is purely temporary.
