Eligibility for Chief Operating Officer (COO)

• Essential Qualification: The incumbent should be a Graduate. MBA in any discipline from a reputed institute is desirable.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a COO or similar leadership role preferably in property development / large real estate companies.
  • Good working experience of not less than 10 years in the real estate market focused on delivering large-format, institutional, Grade-A asset offerings across India.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience on investment promotion and marketing launches with deep insight on similar projects.
