Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Essential Qualification: The incumbent should be a Graduate. MBA in any discipline from a reputed institute is desirable.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years in a COO or similar leadership role preferably in property development / large real estate companies.
- Good working experience of not less than 10 years in the real estate market focused on delivering large-format, institutional, Grade-A asset offerings across India.
- Desirable Skills:
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience on investment promotion and marketing launches with deep insight on similar projects.
