Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Residence: Only local residents of Kondagaon district are eligible.
• Educational Qualification (General): 10th pass from a school located in Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh.
• Educational Qualification (ST Candidates): Class 5 pass is sufficient.
• Educational Qualification (Naxal-affected families): Candidates of all categories from Naxal-affected families or relief camp residents are eligible with Class 5 pass.

Physical Standards

All candidates measured for chest must show at least 5 cm of expansion. Women candidates are exempt from this requirement.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Document Verification & Physical Measurement: Initial screening of candidates.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) - 100 Marks: Long jump, high jump, shot put, 100 metre race, and 800 metre race (20 marks each). Candidates get only one chance in each event. General/OBC candidates require 60% marks; SC/ST candidates require 50% marks.
3. Written Test - 50 Marks: Objective questions covering General Knowledge, intelligence, analytical ability, local geography, culture, social values, and arithmetic. Up to 15 times the advertised posts will be called. Candidates failing to score qualifying marks in PET are disqualified.
4. Interview - 20 Marks (Maximum): Conducted after the written test stage.
5. Bonus Marks - 30 Marks (Maximum): 05 marks for Heavy motor vehicle driving licence; 05 marks for NCC 'C' or NSS 'C' certificate; 20 marks for knowledge of the district's local dialect.

The final merit list is based on the combined marks of PET, Written Test, Interview, and Bonus Marks. Separate dates will be issued for document verification, physical measurement, PET, written test, and interview.
