Applications are hereby invited from eligible candidates through online/offline mode for hiring of technical manpower [Young Professional-II: 01 Position & Young Professional-I: 01 Position] on purely contract basis for engagement in research and extension activity for the project entitled “Assessing Post-Harvest Quality and Grading of Agri-Produces for Efficient Management of Storage and PostHarvest Operations” under Network Programme on Precision Agriculture (NePPA) funded by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi

1. The appointment will be purely temporary under contractual and co-terminus basis, following the prescribed procedure for six months or till the completion date of the project.

2. The appointments may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof

7. Educational Qualifications: Graduates with at least 60% marks in Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Dairy Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Dairy and Food Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science /Artificial Intelligence/Operating Systems/Software Engineering /Computer Graphics with 4 years/ 5 years bachelor’s degree with one year experience in relevant field OR

a. Master degree in Agricultural Structures and Process Engineering/ Agricultural Process Engineering/ Post– Harvest Engineering & Technology / Food Process Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Dairy Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Dairy and Food Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science /Artificial Intelligence/Operating Systems/Software Engineering /Computer Graphics with 4 years/ 5 years bachelor’s degree.

8. Desirable: Experience related to application of automation and sensor technology in food process engineering, and published research papers in relevant field.
