The Centre for Management Development (CMD) on behalf of Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) invites applications from competent and qualified candidates to the posts of Mother Animators and Volunteers to be associated in the Manchadi- Teach Maths for Kerala programme of K-DISC on contract basis 1. Position: Mother Animators 2. Vacancy: 13 3. Qualification: B.Sc. Mathematics (Preferred) / any Science degree or Equivalent. 4. Consolidated Pay: Rs. 12,500/- Monthly 1. Position: Volunteers 2. Vacancy: 14 3. Qualification: Plus Two (Specialized in Science) or Equivalent. 4. Consolidated Pay: Rs. 7,500/- 5. No.CMD/KDISC/04-03/2022

Selection Procedure
1. K-DISC reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for test/group discussion/interview, as the case may be for the post, based on marks secured in their qualifying examination and/or experience
2. Candidate should clearly mention the marks scored in their qualifying examination in the CV. The conversion of grade/CGPA to percentage would be based on the procedure certified by the University from where they have obtained the degree.
3. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.
