The Rebuild Kerala Initiative (RKI), established under the Government of Kerala invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for appointment to the post of IT Expert on contract basis, at the Irrigation Design & Research Board under Government of Kerala for the development of Basin Plan and Flood Forecast & Integrated Reservoir Operations System for the river basins of Kerala 1. Position : IT Expert 2. No of Post : 01 3. Educational Qualification Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) with programming skills (Python, Java, Visual Basic, VC++ etc) and basic knowledge in database management (Oracle, Cassandra etc.) OR M.Sc. in Geo Informatics with programming skills (Python and Java) OR B.Tech./BE in Civil Engineering with programming skills (Python and Java) and basic knowledge in GIS softwares (ArcGIS, QGIS etc.) 4. Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in the field of Computer Programming (Python, Java, Visual Basic, VC++ etc) OR Experience in GIS softwares (ArcGIS, QGIS etc.) and Programming Skills (Python, Java, Visual Basic, VC++ etc) 5. Monthly Remuneration (Consolidated) : Rs. 36,000
