Educational Qualification:

  • State Programme Manager: Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Rural Development, Management, Economics, or any other recognized discipline. Ph.D. desirable.
  • State Level Coordinators: Master's Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, Management, Economics, or any other recognized discipline.
  • District Coordinators: Master's Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Arts, Commerce, or Management (any discipline).
  • Mandatory for all posts: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Experience:

  • State Programme Manager: Minimum 5 years in a senior programme management/leadership role in a PMU, PSU, Government Department, or development sector organization.
  • State Level Coordinators: Minimum 3 years in coordinating and monitoring Government/development programmes.
  • District Coordinators: Minimum 1 year in field-level implementation of development programmes.

Skills:Project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, community mobilization, documentation, reporting, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026):

  • State Programme Manager: Up to 40 years.
  • State Level Coordinators: Up to 35 years.
  • District Coordinators: Up to 30 years.

Salary (Consolidated per month):



  • State Programme Manager: ₹35,000
  • State Level Coordinators: ₹30,000
  • District Coordinators: ₹25,000

  • Reservation: The posts of State Level Coordinators and District Coordinators are open only for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates. For the State Programme Manager post, preference will be given to SC candidates, particularly from Vulnerable Scheduled Caste communities (Vedan, Nayadi, Kalladi, Chakillian).
