Educational Qualification:
Serang/ Seacunny:
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Certificate of Competency as Serang / 2nd Class Masters / 1st Class Masters issued as per Harbour Craft Rules / I.V Act 1917.
3. Basic STCW courses.
4. Holding Navigational watch Keeping certificate as per STCW Reg. IV/2.
Tindal:
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Basic STCW courses.
Winch man:
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Basic STCW courses
3. Certificate of Competency as Serang.
Lascar:
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Pass Swimming Test
3. Pass pre-sea training for seaman /GP rating from a Govt. recognized Institution.
Topaz (G.P. Crew):
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Pass Swimming Test.
Boundary (G.P. Crew):
1. 10th Std Pass.
2. Pass Swimming Test.
3. Basic STCW courses.
Junior Supervisor:
1. Passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2. Pass in Swimming test.
Engine Room Fitter:
1. 10th Std. Pass.
2. Pass in swimming Test.
3. Holding Engine Room watch keeping certificate as per STCW Reg.III/4 or III/5.
Pay Scale:
INR
25000-30000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 60 Years.
