Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.

Experience: Working / Sailing Experience onboard Indian / Foreign going ships for at least 5 years OR Ex-Indian Navy/ Coast Guard personnel with minimum 10 years of experience, which includes at least six years of sailing experience onboard Naval / Coast Guard Ships.
