Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following degrees (Minimum 2-year course):

• Post Graduation Degree
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

2. Experience Requirements (Essential)

Candidates must meet the following cumulative experience criteria:

• Total Service: Minimum 15 years of total service.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial positions.
• Pay Level Experience: Minimum 5 years of service in Pay Level-12 (Rs. 78,800-209,200) or equivalent pay in private organizations.

Definition of Relevant Experience: Managerial experience in man-management of Students/Personnel and areas pertaining to Discipline, Hostel, and Mess. Preferably in Academic Institutions of National/State importance, PSUs, or reputed private organizations.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 50 years.
• Age as on: 10-03-2026 (The closing date of application).

4. Age Relaxation

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India Rules for:

• Ex-Servicemen
• Differently Abled candidates

5. Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in large institutes/organizations with a similar job profile.
• Work experience in Premier Institutes like IIM, IIT, NIT, or reputed residential colleges (Added advantage).
• Knowledge of Hindi.
• Good English Communication (Verbal and Written) - Essential prerequisite.

Since this is Direct Recruitment, the selection will be based solely on an Interview. There is no written exam.
