Applications are invited from the qualified and eligible candidates with effect from 01-12-2021 to 15-12-2021 (by 05:00 PM) for the recruitment of Paramedical & other Category of Posts sanctioned for the Govt. General Hospital, Nellore on Contract / Outsourcing basis through the District Selection Committee (DSC), SPSR Nellore District. 1. Name of the Post & Mode of appointment: Pharmacist GR-II (Contract) 2. No. of Vacancies to be filled: 06 3. Remuneration per month: Rs.28000/- 4. Requisite Qualification for the post: 2Yrs Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Sc., (Pharmacy) or its equivalent and must be registered in A.P. Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal (Candidates with Pharma-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) are not eligible to apply)

Selection Procedure
In terms of the GO.Rt.No.301 HM&FW (D1) Dept. Dated 20.06.2020 and GO.Rt.No.211 HM&FW(D2) Dept. dated 08.05.2021 the selection procedure for the post of para medical and other posts as mentioned below:
1. Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the requisite academic/technical qualification. 75%
2. Weightage for experience of Government service including contract /oursourcing/CovidServices 15 %
3. Weightage for No. of years since passing qualifying examination 10% Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 Marks per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification (as on 01-12-2021)

The role and responsibility of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare is implementation of Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Welfare services in the State viz. Family Planning, Antenatal Care, Postnatal Care including Immunization services. The focus is mainly on promotive and preventive care. Family Welfare Programme is a Centrally Sponsored Programme with 100% financial assistance from Govt. of India from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Certain schemes are also assisted by State Government. External aided agencies are also assisting for the activities under National Rural Health Mission.
