Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentices: Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics).
• Technician Apprentices: Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer).
• Passing Criteria: The degree/diploma must have been passed within the last 5 years from the date of notification.

2. Age Limit

As per Apprenticeship Rules (Chapter II, Clause 3). Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Apprenticeship Rules.

3. Mandatory Requirements & Rules

• Candidates must clear a Medical Examination.
• Physical Standards: Must conform to minimum physical standards as per Apprenticeship Rules 1992 (Clause 4, Schedule-II).
• Experience: Should not have completed training or job experience for one year or more after attaining the essential qualification.
• Previous Apprenticeship: Must not have undergone Apprenticeship Training at any place under the Apprentices Act 1961.

Selection Process
