CSIR Madras Complex Invites Application for Project Associate-I Recruitment 2022

Project Associate- 1 (2 Nos) - One for each for the project titled "Feasibility studies on flotation of high magnesia and silica limestone from Maharashtra", (SSP-1096) & " Feasibility studies on flotation of high silica limestone from Rajasthan", (SSP-1097) NML Madras Centre, (Regional Centre of National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur, CSIR MADRAS Complex, Taramani, Chennai-600 113, as follows:

1. Name of the Post: Project Associate- 1

2. No of Post: 02

3. Qualification: B. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) or M.Sc (Chemistry)

4. Stipend: 

(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through

(a) National Eligibility Tests - CSIR- UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or

(b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Depadments and their Agencies and Institutions.

(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.

5. Tenure: Initially for a period of 6 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is later.

Selection Procedure

1. If it is found at any stage of the process or thereafter that the candidates does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, their candidature shall be cancelled without assigning any reason whatsoever. Further, the decision of the Council in any matter relating to this, will be final. Interim enquiries will not be entertained and canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

2. Date of Online interview is 10.02.2022

3. Based on screening of applications, list of eligible candidates will be notified. They will be intima ed the time of Interview by Mail/SMS.
