Eligibility Criteria for CSPDCL Apprenticeship

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./BBA/BCOM) from a recognized university.
• Diploma Apprentice (Engineering): Diploma in Electrical/EEE or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Other Key Conditions

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
• Experience: Candidates with one or more years of work experience are not eligible.
• Prior Apprenticeship: Candidates who have previously completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are ineligible.
• Gap After Graduation: Graduation must have been completed not more than 5 years prior to the training commencement date.
• Mandatory Registration: Must be registered on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal.

Apprentice Stipend 2026-27

CSPDCL Selection Process 2026

The selection for CSPDCL apprenticeship is purely merit-based. There will be no written examination or interview.

1. Merit List: A comprehensive merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree/diploma examination.
