Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech
Proof & Experimental Establishment(PXE) Chandipur, Balasore, Odisha-756025 invites application from young & meritorious Indian Nationals, who desire to pursue defence related research as Junior Research Fellows. Selection will be made on the basis of interview held through video conferencing. Applications are rom candidates possessing below mentioned qualification.
1. Position: Junior Research Fellows
2. No of post: 01
3. Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in professional course (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering in first division with GATE qualification. or Post graduate degree in professional course (M.E/M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
4. Stipend: Rs.31,000.00 per month with HRA and medical facilities as per rules.
5. Duration of fellowship: 02 years (may be extended further &upgraded to SRF as per rule)

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
How to Apply:
1. Application form can be downloaded from the website www.drdo.gov.in and eligible candidates may send their duly completed application as per format given in advertisement by e mail prior to online interview. Last date for receipt of application forms by e-mail ([email protected]) is 27.04.2022. A copy of the application form should also be brought duly filled & copies of certificates/ degrees on the date of joining.
2. Valid GATE score in the above subject is mandatory. However, online interview through video conferencing may be conducted depending on number of candidates and requirement. Candidates are required to write their mobile number and email ID clearly in the application form.
3. Date of online Interview (Through Video Conferencing)-06.05.2022 (0900 hrs onwards).
4. Before attending the interview through video conferencing. the candidate is required to send an application along with a recent passport size photograph affixed on the top right corner of the application and duly self attested copies of all/ Degrees/academic qualification certificates, mark sheets etc through email ID.
Important Instructions:
1. Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates only. Those who belong to SC/ST/OBC are required to produce the original caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of joining.
2. No TA/DA shall be paid at the time of joining, if selected.
3. Actual number of vacancies may vary as per organizational requirement.
4. Candidates presently employed in Govt. Dept./ PSUs/Autonomous bodies will be required to produce NOC at the time of joining.
5. The original certificates of the same are required to be produced for verification at the time of joining.
6. Incomplete applications will be rejected during the screening for eligibility.
7. Only PDF format application is accepted. 8. Antecedents of candidate will be verified after joining, if selected.
9. Offer of award of Fellowship docs not confer on the candidates, any right for absorption in IDRDO.
10. Admission shall not be claimed by any candidate as a matter of right. The admission shall be entirely at the discretion of the Selection Committee of the institution which may refuse to admit any candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
11. The establishment has all the rights to cancel the admission process/selection at anytime without assigning any reasons thereof.
