Educational Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech) or Master's in Basic Science (M.Sc.) with specified marks and NET/GATE qualifications. No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant research skills will be preferred.

Skills:Expertise in programming (Python, Java, C++), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Specialized knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, SLAM, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.

Age Limit:Maximum 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC. Age and qualifications are determined as on the last date for submission of application.

Salary (per month):





Stipend: ₹37,000 (Years 1-2), ₹42,000 (Year 3), and ₹48,100 (Years 4-5) per month, plus HRA at 30% (total emoluments ₹48,100 for Year 1). Accommodation may be provided (HRA will be deducted if provided).

Selection Procedure:

  1. Shortlisting: Based on GATE score or percentage of marks in the qualifying degree.
  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal or online interview.
