Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree

DTIDC, an enterprise of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, having its office at 2nd Floor, Maharana Pratap ISBT, Kashmere Gate, Delhi, the primary function of the company is to manage and upgrade all ISBTs, BQSs and to cater the Infrastructural needs of Transport Department of Govt. of NC T of Delhi. Invites applications from dynamic, effective and experienced eligible applicants for the following posts on contract basis for an initial period of one year:-

1. Post Name: Secretary Company (Full Time) on a contract basis

2. No of Post: 01

3. Remuneration (TDS deduction as per Income Tax rules): Rs. 78,800+DA rate as applicable

4. Educational Qualification: (i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University. (ii) Should have passed Company Secretary-ship examination held by the institute of Company etarv of India.

5. Experience: Candidate must have 05 years' experience in Company Secretary work in Govt/semi-Govt organization/well reputed company/PSUs etc. Candidates presently employed in Government Department/PSU's/ Autonomous Bodies have to produce NOC at the time of interview.

6. Period of Contract: Initially for a period of one year.
