Dibrugarh University Invites Application for JRF Recruitment 2022

A walk-in-interview has been scheduled on 8th March 2022 for filling up a Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the NER-Twinning Project entitled "Drug Discovery approaches for the effective control of Tuberculosis - Target based virtual screening and whole cell screening of medicinal plants" sponsored by Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India (DBT) as per the time and venue mentioned below. Candidates must bring all academic/research related documents for verification along with a set of photocopies. No allowance will be paid to the candidate for attending the interview.

1. Post Name : Junior Research Fellow

2. Eligibility : 

a) M.Sc. in Life Sciences / M.Sc. in Bioinformatics

b) Candidates having NET/GATE will get preference.

c) Desirable experience: Candidate having experience in Computer-Aided Drug Designing tools, Molecular Docking, MD Simulations etc. will get preference.

3 . Fellowship : 

a. For Candidates with NET/GATE: Rs. 31000/- + HRA @ 8 % per month

b. For Candidates without NET/GATE: As per university/funding agency guideline

4. The project is in extension and appointment will be made for three months June 2022) only.
