Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D
A Walk-in-interview in the in the Bhojraj Seth Conference Hall of the Vice-Chancellor's Office, D.U. for 01 (one) post of Assistant Professor on contract basis in the Department of Sociology, Dibrugarh University with the following qualification.

3. Qualification: PG Degree in Sociology with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades from a recognized University with NET/SET/Ph.D.

Dibrugarh University was established in 1965 at Rajabheta. Dibrugarh district known internationally as a rich tea producing district is also known for its rich reserve of minerals like coal, oil, and natural gas.
