Dibrugarh District Court Invites Application for Office Peon and Various Posts

Candidates must apply offline using the Standard Form (as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette). Applications can be submitted by drop box or by post.

1. Obtain Application Form: Use the duly filled Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette (Part-IX).
2. Fill the Application: Fill the form with accurate details.
3. Attach Documents: Attach self-attested copies of all testimonials (educational qualification, age proof, caste certificate, etc.) along with 2 recent passport-size photographs (one pasted on the form, one stapled).
4. Write on Envelope: The envelope must be superscribed with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______" (mention the specific post).
5. Submit Application: Submit the application in the Drop Box at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dibrugarh during office working hours, or send it by Post to:

6. Submit Before Deadline: Ensure the application is submitted/dropped on or before 31 August 2026 by 5:00 PM.

Note: Candidates must have a valid Registration of Employment Exchange in Assam. No separate call letters will be issued for the Viva-Voce.

• No TA/DA: No travelling allowance will be provided for attending the Viva-Voce.
• Check Website: Viva-Voce dates will be notified only on the official website. No separate call letters will be issued.
• Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to rejection of candidature.
• Late Applications: The Drop Box will be closed after the last date and time. The authority is not responsible for postal delays.
