Skills / Eligibility
On obtaining the approval of the Hon’ble Health Minister & Secretary (Health)/Mission Director NHM. It is proposed to fill up the following categories of posts purely on Contract basis for a period of one year under National Health Mission (NHM), Directorate of Health Services, Panaji – Goa. Designation: Audiologist & Speech Therapist (DEIC) 1. No. of Posts: 02 2. Remuneration: Rs. 20, 000/- Monthly 3. Essential: Graduation/Diploma in Speech Therapy and audiology from recognized University or equivalent. 4. Desirable: At least one year experience in management of speech disorders in a teaching institution. Designation: Staff Nurse (HR) 1. No. of Posts: 02 2. Remuneration: Rs. 15, 000/- Monthly 3. Essential: (i) B.Sc. Nursing/ Diploma in Basic Nursing (ii) Registration certificate as the registered staff nurse or registration as mid-wife with Goa Nursing Council. Designation: IEC Officer (IEC) 1. No. of Posts: 01 2. Remuneration: Rs. 15, 000/- Monthly 3. Essential: (i) Graduate preferably in Sociology/MSW (ii) Diploma in Computer Application or 6 months certificate course in Computer Application from recognized institution. Designation: Lab. Technician (HR) 1. No. of Posts: 02 2. Remuneration: Rs. 11, 000/- Monthly 3. Essential: (i) Matriculation or Equivalent (ii) Successful completion of Diploma Course as Lab Technician from recognized institution. (DMLT) Designation: Counselor (RMNCH+A) 1. No. of Posts: 02 2. Remuneration: Rs. 11, 000/- Monthly 3. Essential: (i) Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/Psychology. (ii) Diploma in Computer Application (6 months) Kindly refer official Notification.

2. The date of submission of online application is from 3rd to 13th of January 2022. In case of any technical difficulties, applicants are requested to visit the office at Room No. S22, 2nd floor, State Family Welfare Bureau, DHS, Campal Panaji, Goa on week days between 10 am to 12 noon.
3. Applicants shortlisted as per eligibility would be called for the interview. They would need to furnish the following documents on the date of interview:
(i) Bio - data,
(ii) Photo and
(iii) Original copies in proof of the Educational qualification, Birth - Residence Certificate (15 years Domicile in state of Goa) and Experience if any for verification and
(iv) Xerox Copies of all documents for submission duly attested by the Gazetted Officer/Notary/self-attested stating that “The certificate is True copy of the original”.
