Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification
For the post of Professor, the candidate must have a BDS Degree of an Indian University or an equivalent qualification with Post Graduate qualification or Diplomate Graduate of National Board in the concerned subject, as amended by DCI from time to time. Teaching experience of five years as Reader or Associate Professor from a recognised dental college is required.
For the post of Associate Professor, the candidate must have a BDS Degree of an Indian University or an equivalent qualification with Post Graduate qualification or Diplomate Graduate of National Board in the concerned subject, as amended by DCI from time to time. Teaching experience of four years as Assistant Professor or Lecturer from a recognised dental college is required.
Selection Process and Screening Clause
Selection will be done as per 50 percent from Academic Performance Index as calculated by the department plus 50 percent from Interview or Personality Test, totaling 100 marks. The date of interview will be notified later. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
