Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Stenographer Grade III:
- A candidate holds a degree of Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Candidate must have proficiency in operation of Computer (word processing and spreadsheets).
- Candidate must have passed matriculation examination with Hindi or English as one of the subjects.
- Qualification conditions must be fulfilled as on 01.07.2026.
- Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 42 years as on 01.07.2026.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation shall be applicable as per instructions issued by the Government of Haryana or the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, from time to time, for reserved categories and eligible persons.
- Reservation: Reserved category vacancies may be filled from unreserved category candidates if no eligible reserved candidate is available, subject to availability.
